I was driving with my Feltzer while a cop hit my car slightly, ( I knew the Cop ICly) so I started shouting. Then there comes this cop that started asking me why am I shouting, I explained why I did, and the cop that hit me started explaining. Dwayne_Reeves asks me to explain what's happening here too. So I start explaining details, too many details and then I get a PM from the cop (My friend) You are pissing him off. I kept talking when the man told me to step out, I asked for a reason and he pointed a gun on me. I asked for a badge, and he tazed me, he took me to the PD and jailed mefor 60 minutes for no reason. Even the other cop didn't agree with this

I was present on the scene, however I can say Dwayne was no way near mad OOC'ly and he arrested you for reasons that were strictly IC, so I really don't know why Skye was bull shitting to you and trying to provoke the situation further.

The only disagreements I had with the scene was IC when I told Dwayne he was being a bit rash with the punishment on you. Apart from that there were no problems OOC nor IC.

For one we were in an IC channel. So i don't understand how there is any type of ooc communication. My conversation within that channel was strictly In character. I stood there listening to you icly. Over ts i simply told my officers is this guy serious. You were ordered out of the car for a completely valid reason. Obstruction. You then refused to step out after 4 warnings. You were ordered to the floor and again refused. You were tased as a result and charged. The ordeal could of simply ended in a talking between yourself and the officer in question whom struck you vehicle. You decided to sit in the vehicle and play games with the officer questioning you. Myself. In no way did i even bother getting upset over a simple IC/IG situation. I don't understand why Skye would even fabricate a story, unless there was a clear misunderstanding between my orders to remove you from the vehicle but anyhow. Thats essentially it not a single bit of ooc "Anger" as you would call it.

I was never provoking any situation, the only thing I did is tell him that you were mad at him, that he should stop provoking (Yes, he cut some PM's out, like he also PM'ed me to say that I should RP his "girlfriend" in this situation). And the "[22:43:56] [PM from Skye Blake, ID 27] I'm laughing my ass off, I'm in TS with him and he's getting real' pissed xD" is completely out of concept without the other PM's, I was laughing about the jokes Dwayne was making, like telling us he'll just drag him out of the vehicle, due to Robert IC'ly screwing around with him, not laughing with him getting "Mad".
