Character creation

Well i need help about master account character creation. When i try to create a new character for my master account, its only give me a message that i created my character for my master account sucessful. But in actual its not created. No characters in my account still. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Follow these steps.
-Create a character, choose a name etc.
-Use the master account's name, not the character name to log in the SA-MP client. (You have to use master account password for logging in-game.
-Read the tutorial and you're ready to play.
