Character Creation Problem

Hi, I joined up a month ago, and until now I still have a problem in creating my first character.

Whenever I click the blue "Create" button, nothing happens. It just stays as it is. Is this a problem on my part or on the site? Hope you can help me fix this. I'm looking forward to playing in the server. Thanks
