Denied Changing SASP to RCSD

I think San Andreas State Police should be changed into Red County Sheriff Department, since it's countryside

Pretty sure it's been discussed not long ago. And agreed not to change, due to all the complaints when officers chased people into bone county, they would complain as it's a Red County Department etc,
