Can't reach RC-RP on sa-mp client

Hello.
I have posted this on the discord server, but I didn't get any advice or help there, so I decided to post it here.

As of today I have a problem with connecting to various sa-mp servers. It seems like the only server which is working as of now is Movieserver all of the other servers are unreachable.
My internet connection is all fine and working. Wasn't an issue yesterday.
Things i've tried:
1. Clean DNS cache
2. Reinstall SA-MP
3. RC-RP diagnostics tool but that didn't resolve either
4. Upgrade from win7 to win10 (with a hard reset on everything)

Forgot to add that I have tried turning my firewall off and that did nothing as well.

Alright, so I decided to dig into my router control panel and disabled DMZ / exposed host and it somehow did work. Can be L&A.
