Okay, i did the app 2 times both of them got denied, it said for me to make a new app in 2 days, the 2 days passed and i still can't create the app, its already 6 pm in my country time.

However, you need to wait 48 hours from the date you were denied on, not just two days pass.

Try re-applying in an hour's time from now - the time listed on your screenshot may be GMT (currently 16:58) and you may be in another timezone. Your denial reason was "Take some time to write a lot more" so please listen to this and work on your application before submitting it otherwise you may end up getting permanently denied (which neither of us want).
