Can't login on redcountyrp.com

Why can't I login my account at redcountyrp.com? But when I come here at forums, it works. I tried changing my password but still I can't login, I want to delete my alt characters and create a new one. Can someone solve this? Ty

Did you try to log in with your Master Account or forum account? They are two different accounts. To UCP you should log with the same account that you are logging in game with.

Sometimes if you’ve saved the password on the forums, it’s auto filled on the UCP too, so I’d suggest you remove it and retype your MA (not forums username) and the MA password (not the one of the forum account) and it’ll works prolly.
