Yes, I do have 0.3.7 installed and I even reinstalled my game multiple times.

My internet is fine, as I am using it right now to post this. I've got 3 days before my stuff is wiped so I need help pls

What sort of message is displayed on your screen when you're trying to log in? And is it only happening with RCRP?

Try deleating the server from your samp list and then readd it. Works wonders.

If you could possibly take a screenshot of your login screen as Giga requested, and also I recommend readding the server to your SAMP as JayChris.

Considering I was facing the same problem, then found out that the 0.3.7 version I am using is not the correct one; I took a deep look through the forums - searching for a solution, and found this;
