cannot quit

So basically every time I quit SA:MP, it just freezes as a picture and i have to open the task manager and End Process it.
It's not really that big of a deal, but its kind of annoying, so i'd be helpful if someone knows a solution.

Try taking out your modloader and any cleo's in your GTA folder. See if you get the same problem.

it accured when i moved on a new PC, i'm using the same mods as i was on the old one
and i tried removing all cleos/mods as voorhees suggested above, but i still get the same problem

smooth
sometimes it drops to like 70-75 in crowded areas, but its 92-97 most of the time

Try putting your gta in windows mode instead of fullscreen.

Try Alt + F4 with windows mode and try it on full screen as well.
