Cannot connect

The problem is probably because I'm doing something ridiculously obvious and stupid but could someone lend a hand?

I try connecting, this is what my SAMP Launcher looks like: http://imgur.com/rWBFzsM

Please try resetting/rebooting your modem and PC. If that doesn't work, make sure your firewall is disabled on your router and/or port forward port 7277. (Try disabling Windows firewall too, might work.)
