Cannot connect to RC-RP.

Hello, Ph4nT0mE4G1e here, I've recently encountered a problem; I can't connect to the server, but when I checked the server's status on the forums, it says the server's up and working, and there's a bunch of players on it, on my SA-MP client, it shows as if the server is down, even though it's not, I'm not sure what's wrong, does anyone have any ideas? I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling my SA-MP client, and STILL nothing...
