@bonk You need to be level 3 to scam in ANY situations, BUT you can (being under level 3) can STILL be scammed by another player, level 3+, if it is about something illegal.

Meaning that you can't just make a new alt and go around trying to buy drugs and guns just because the scamming rules take place.

Long story short you can scam anything when the deal is illegal, be it a gun or a drug. Even as a level 1. You can also scam level 1s if they're trying to sell/buy illegal stuff.

@JackTheHunter / @bonk replies are the correct ones. You can scam anything and/or with anyone if they are deemed to be doing anything illegal. Nothing else.

u can scam illegal deals as lvl 1 to 2 if its illegal but cant when its legal like as u scam via /advert or forum auctions then u cant generally scam them cuz of the rules.
