Bug with the server

Hey there! So basically I've got this problem: some displays (like the login one, /mycars, /showlicenses, etc.) are bugged, they show up with some random textures instead & blurred. My first thought was that it was the fault of the mods, so I've uninstalled EVERYTHING regarding GTA and downloaded a brand new copy without any kind of mods or anything, but it's still bugged. I've even tried to download someone else's server cache and overwrite theirs with mine, but still the same problem. Do you have any ideas on what to do?

If you go to your documents, then to gta San andreas user files. Then click on Cache. You will now see a couple files with ip listed delete the file of the server.
(185.198.188.100:7777)
Now if you were to connect it would install all the custom textures again.

Hopefully this will fix the problem.
