What did you lose?: 9mm Pistol with around 25,000 rounds
What caused you to lose this item?: Unsure - Came to my house where it is stored to find that it is not there. Made sure that I signed out with it in my house as I know of the bug that makes guns disappear if you have them on your character.

Additional information: I would prefer it to be refunded whilst I'm online so that I know definitely that I have the gun.

Nope, 25,000 I found it in my flat when I bought it and there was a 9mm with 25,000 rounds.
