The Arsenevskaya OPG is a crew mainly consistent of Russian-American people who started a race against poverty and a fight against the bad living conditions they used to be in, the Brigada was founded by Vladislav Arsenyev , Afanasiy Luzhkov and Kiril Dvornikov as well as Sergei Yanovich even though he was a late joiner on the plan. The group quickly made a name for themselves by dealing weed on the streets for quick cash, a month later the group was already known for racketeering and trafficking of severe numbers of cocaine. Late September of 2019, Sergei Yanovich is shot and killed by an officer's hand, the Yanovich Brigada reaching its end. In the Fall of October 2019, Vladislav Arsenyev took a trip to Belgorod to attend his father's funeral, leading to him making connections to previous friends of his father, "Vory V Zakones". Vladislav Arsenyev returns to San Andreas, re-uniting Belgorodskaya OPG . Multiple business trips later and connection-forming activities he was acknowledged as a Vor but was unable to receive his baptizing because he did not serve his sentence in Russia, establishing his future in a life of crime and receiving powerful connections all across Russia. Mid-November of 2019 , after the death of Afanasiy Luzhkov by Robert Uritsky's and Borislav Krasev's hand (made man / солдат), the Luzhkov Brigada reaches its end, Vladislav Arsenyev enforced a security team within the Crime Group to prevent further disputes getting out of hand, Kirill Dvornikov was the man who took that role.

Russian organized crime or Russian mafia (Russian: российская мафия, русская мафия), sometimes referred to as Bratva (братва), is a collective of various organized crime elements originating in the former Soviet Union. The acronym OPG is Organized Criminal (Prestupnaya ) Group, used to refer to any of the Russian mafia groups, sometimes modified with a specific name, e.g. Kazanskaya OPG. Sometimes the initialism is translated and OCG is used.

Organized crime in Russia began in the imperial period of the tsars, but it was not until the Soviet era that vory v zakone ("thieves-in-law") emerged as leaders of prison groups in forced labor camps, and their honor code became more defined. With the end of WWII, the death of Joseph Stalin, and the fall of the Soviet Union, more gangs emerged in a flourishing black market, exploiting the unstable governments of the former Republics, and at its highest point, even controlling as much as two-thirds of the Russian economy, Louis Freeh, former director of the FBI, said that the Russian mafia posed the greatest threat to U.S national security in the mid-1990s.

The group has built most of its fame in the streets of Red County mostly via their lack of hesitation when it comes to a violent response and/or their drug-dealing operations around the state. However the group is also known for its importing racket (Metals, alcohol, tobacco and stolen vehicles), Arsenevskaya OPG is also known for human trafficking with tight connections to other Criminal Families in Russia.

The group's founding members have a background of working inhumane hours for low pay, therefore the group has developed ideas that seem identical to some communist ones, however, the group does not follow a specific political belief. The group lives within the book of Russian Organized Crime, following its tradition with tattoos from Christianity symbolizing a man's background when it's displayed on their skin, tattoos are often to be found on made men or well-respected people/associates of the OPG. As of lately, the group has expanded its dominance with people of Bulgarian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Chechen, Georgian, and other Slavic country originations, it also has strong connections to Kazakhstani groups, which is one of their main source of weapons in their weapon trafficking racket and other countries who participate in the metal trade.
