Application temporarily denied because need to use old account don’t know password for old account

I used to play red county role play about 10 years ago by the name of Miko and I don’t remember the name of any of my accounts so I can’t play I want to start playing again but got temporarily denied because he said I could not have multiple accounts or something like that but I only had one master account and that was 10 years ago and I don’t remember the password or anything I just need help getting accepted so I can start playing again thank you!

You need to make a support ticket on the UCP and provide the admins with any info you have regarding your old account. If they can't help you out then your application will be processed normally.
