Application Temp Denied Means?

Well as soon I was Denied,I submit a New Application and It was a FUcking Long Story a Good One Actually and After I submit it then I click View your App is still the same with the previous one i Submit the one who got Denied.Does this Mean that I will submit a New Application Again?

It means that you are temporarily restricted from applying for a Master Account, therefore you must wait until you're allowed to apply for a Master Account, and yes it means you have to apply for it all over again.
