Appeal denied

Greetings! So I posted a application 2 days ago, but it was denied due to lack of effort. So I made a new one, but this time at my friends house. But because of that, the ip had changed to my friends ip, which has a master account to. He helped me with my application and posted it together. The admin told me to make a ticket at the help section, so here it is. I want to re-apply with my second application, but with my first ip-address if that’s possible. Sorry once again for the inconvienance I was just receiving some support but totally had no clue about the IP’s combining togheter
