Additional information: Ok so I just got this evidence, I usually play with Cesar Barreiros and he can witness that I had this weapons with me, I've been robbing with that AK and I guess I stored the rifle in my house (not sure), all I know is that today I searched those weapons everywhere and were not able to find them, Cesar told me today that you can't /q while using your weapon or it would disappear, dunno if it's true or not.
