The admin jail counter is incorrect, each time the jail time decreases by 1 minute, in realtime 1 minute and 4 seconds pass. This adds up, for example: A 30 minute ajail, is actually 32 minutes.
I was autojailed just now by a misschat, missing the / for local OOC, and was jailed for 30 minutes. I noticed the bug as I had /timestamp on, and one of the notifications showed at :00, then the next was :04.

What steps can be followed to reproduce the bug (to make it happen again):

Ajail someone or yourself, using /timestamp look at the time when the notification pops up.

All of the jail timers run off of the game's timer, and timers in SA:MP are rather inconsistent. Nothing can be done about this.
