A question regarding the Servers connectivity. (need help!)

Hello. For the past few days my server connection has been perfect. My PING was around 60-85 and I could play perfectly fine. However, when I connected earlier today and just now, my PING was on 3300! Other servers where fine and it was just RC-RP which would not connect. I really want help with this please. ((Btw my internet is fine it just seems to be the server)
