What caused you to lose this item?: A Database disconnect, and an unexpected restart.

Additional information:Basically, I had my Desert Eagle in my inventory when I noticed I wasnt able to /lock my car during the datebase being offline (I contacted speakybutton to ask if the database was actually offline around 20:52 +2gmt). After it was fixed I noticed my deagle was missing. Later on an unexpected restart/crash came by (22:00) after I gave my back-up deagle to Cruz Travieso IC'ly which he lost immediately after the crash. Therefor I'd like to be refunded for one deagle and if its possible give on to Cruz Travieso since I gave it to him 10 seconds before the restart.
