why does it take so long to look at my support ticket?

Administrators look at support tickets when possible, but it's not every day that they get checked. Be patient, and eventually your support ticket will be answered.

Next time, please appropriately title your post and post it in the correct section. This is not a host issue and has been moved to the most fitting forum.

There are many support tickets and few members of the administrator team that can deal with them, it's a shame, but there's nothing else to do. I would love to be able to help you, but there's nothing us helpers can do at this point. Best of luck and I hope your ticket will be answered shortly.
