Won't let me sell my business

So I own a barber shop and I wanted to sell that shop to another player. What happens is that it doesn't allow me to sell it to anyone, it days something like "This business cannot be sold to another player" and it also does not let me sell the business back to Silver Trading, because it states that it is a "Loaned business".

I spoke with an admin and some helpers, and they couldn't tell me what's happening, so their suggestion was opening a topic about it.
All I wanted to know is how I can sell this business to anyone, as it didn't state it was a business loan when I acquired it.

That's because it is a loaned business. It's a matter of getting a Head Administrator or a Silver Trading member to edit it so you can sell it.
