windows 10 GTA SA

so get this. i have a 1900xwhatever monitor, windows 10 pro, and GTA SA freshly installed from discord along with the 0.3dl and the R1 version. i tried compatibility mode ranging from windows 95 to win8. GTA SA seems to be working if i changed its name to whatever.exe and i tried the cmd mklink method where it changes whenever it happens. still didnt work. i installed samp addon and disabled the monitor thing like what @CrazyTetris did and still didnt work. i can play single player GTA SA if i change the gta_sa.exe name to whatever. what happens is it gives me this particular error.

SA-MP 0.3.DL-R1 Exception At Address: 0x6FEFF444 Base: 0x04040000

at this point i dont even know what to do cuz i tried every method that i have. i bought a 2nd PC thats gonna be converted to win7, but in the meantime i wanna know how to fix this bullshit

note: i tried using silent's patch and it seems to be working, but issue is the game automatically closes after the spray paint can that says "R" on it which is weird.

If it's a legit copy either on Steam or RGL, clean install it to the latest version and then copy it to a separate folder. Downgrade it and then try samp again.
