What does the term robocop actually mean?

As the title says, pretty much.

I've heard a lot of definitions for the term but I'm still not quite sure what it really means.

My conclusion so far is that it's people who RP cops with no emotions such as fear and people who just RP cuffing, dragging, and shooting people without any RP in between.
Not sure if it's correct or not, so I decided to post this thread.

Someone who roleplays an LEO with no emotion, no feelings and generally a play to win mindset. Someone who basically treats it like a cops n robbers server.

The original term of robocop was by not having emotions / feelings at all.
Since then it was expanded to various meanings.

By that I pretty much meant repeating the same actions over and over again without any variation; automatically, robotically, etc. without too much RP between the actions.
