As part of an Admin discussion regarding weapons on the server, it has been decided to:

ÔÇó Remove everyone from the Arms Dealer job
ÔÇó Limit the Arms Dealer job to official gangs only
ÔÇó Wipe every weapon from all accounts

As with most wipes, refunds are not possible.
This all takes effect in 1.6.2.
