[Waiting for an answer]wrong password

hi, when I try to login to the game using the same detail as my forum login it says wrong password. what's going on?

You should type in the IG password,not the forum's password,unless you got the same.
If that isn't working,then do this:

2.1 - I have forgotten my password OR my password wont work.
Things to check: Please ensure: the server is running correctly and is not currently experiencing problems, you are using the correct account name.
