Unban Appeal and questions

First I want to start with a simple question. Why tf I got rejected 5 times , 4 times temp and the last one just denied completely ? The reason was English standards didn't meet the requirements. Wtf. Basically if I'm not from america that mean I can't play in this server ? i wanted to try SAMP but I've seen enough already. What I did wrong ? Ik my english is broken but It's 90% understandable. Please unban me , I just want to see how's Samp RP and this is the only server I seen with a lot of players ( I mean english servers ). Please unban me. I really want to see how's this sv. please
