Unable to log in / create account on the website

I've been trying to log into the main website for a few weeks now, but always unsuccessful. Every time I press Login it scrolls down to the login section where I must insert my account, but when I do and press the login button to get onto the website it refreshes and scrolls back down again. The same thing happens when I try to create an account, because I wasn't sure if I actually had created the account, I tried this multiple times and it seems that it “refreshes” and scrolls down to the login section just like when trying to login. Anyway I could fix this? Seems like I'm the only one with this issue. I'm just trying to get my account started, so I can submit an application for my character. Thank you for your attention.

No, thank you. It turns out I can't have two accounts in the same IP address and I had an older account that I had forgotten about. Thank you.
