unable to execute

So yeah, my new pc arrived, was a time
So I downloaded my clean gta sa from my laptop to my new pc, at first my game crashed, I asked my friend and he sent me this video

Then I did everything correctly and now it says unable to execute, I've been trying few methods or however you say that, but no luck
Any suggestions?

Don't play gta samp

you prolly gave gta_sa admin start perms but not the samp launcher, it cant start the game if it has lower privileges, try setting samp to start in admin mode

try setting only samp to admin, if that doesnt work delete gta_sa.set from your user files
also, do you have gta_sa version 1.0? if not downgrade to it.

if none of those work try reinstalling the game

I've tried everything, I'll just buy a steam version because it's too much for me otherwise, 2 days trying to get a game fixed/working, no thank you
