Now the second link might be hard to understand tbh. I would try the first one then move to the second.
Also, if you have anything open, such as discord, Spotify, and chrome, it could affect your internet. Chrome won't do it too bad. Also, other devices could be using your internet if that is the case. If this happens, even off RCRP, I would contact your ISP. You could also try a direct connect (if you are not already) for a better output. Using an ethernet I mean.
