UCP Problem.

Well, I sent my UCP character application like three days ago and yesterday Codac responded, "Your location ( Germany ) doesn't match up with your IP", and it was denied. I don't really know what is going on, I often have IP address conflicts because every 1-2 months I have to move my PC and other devices from Serbia to Germany. Sometimes I live in Serbia, sometimes in Germany.

Not necessarily how it works, are you currently in the greatest country ever or Germany?

Alright, next time while filling up your location, say "I'm from Serbia but currently residing in Germany"

The reason I denied your application was you say you're currently in Germany, but your IP address says you're in Serbia. Have any idea why that would be the case?

Told already, I have no idea what is going on for real. As I mentioned, I move a lot from Serbia to Germany - Germany to Serbia, due a lot of family problems but I think that is not really important right now. I had problems with IP address conflicts back in the days though.
