"The server is restarting"

Today I started getting randomly DCed from the server and thrown back into the loading screen (with the camera overlooking the pier) With a message "The server is restarting" and it attempts to reconnect for like 4 minutes and gets back into the server. At first I thought that the server crashed but turns out only I did. And my internet did not disconnect, because everything worked that requires internet such as browsers, steam etc. except for RCRP.
