Temp denied

Hello, I want to know what does it mean "Temp denied" in the application section. Maybe I can get more specific answer or what's wrong? I wrote the ideal long answer for both questions and still getting two times "Temp denied".

Hello. When your application is temp(orarily) denied, it means that it wasn't up to the standards we're enforcing here on RC:RP, and the handler left a note saying why it was denied and when can you re-apply. Anyways; considering it's only a temporary denial, you're able to make a new application again, where you'll be required to fix all the mistakes you had in the first one.

Your specific application was denied for "Poor English, grammatical and spelling errors. Put more effort into your application.".

But I cant apply the new form. The green button gone. Tried to re log few times but still no "apply" for that application button.
