Support ticket problem

I am trying to make support ticket but it seems like every time I submit it, it just disappears. When I click on support tickets, it says there's none.

I'm not sure I've ever had this issue, if that's truly the case, have you thought about maybe forum PMing @Earl, @Smally, @TommyB? You could also fill out a bug report.

this happens because your account hasn't been accepted to the server. support tickets are only available for fully registered users to not waste our time with the copious amounts of "why was my application denied" tickets we used to get.
