I think I might be posting at the wrong place but I have no privileges to post in the questions section, so sorry for that.
I last used my account previous year and returned this year but when I tried to login with my Mastername it doesnt let me something saying Invalid I guess, when I checked the UCP the master account and the chars are still there.

Make sure your not using a different IP as someone had this issue a few days. Try changing your e-male/password.

If none are retrievable then make a support ticket would be your best bet.
