[Solved] OP Code crashing every ten minutes recently

Evertime i play now, i crash for opcode errors which keep on popping up. They use to come up but not like this. They keep coming on my screen and i end up crashing. I never use to crash for them but now i crash every ten minutes and it gets really annoying when i'm trying to roleplay. I dont know what the problem is, but i doubt its on my end because i always played the server perfectly before with no poblems whatsoever

I could be the vehicle mods thing, but im not really sure. shit is just frustrating when im playing.
