Hello everyone. Recently I tried to make an account on UCP but it says I can't because on my ip is already a created account. But.. how? Is the first time when I maked this.. I need some help from an Admin ore someone..

At me is another problem, I think..
I want to register on UCP ( I don't have an account ) and this appears when I finish my registration

I tried to contact an admin on the discord server but I'm still waiting a message back.

A big part of admins from the discord server have Direct Messages off and I can't send private messages to them. Someone can contact an admin for me please?
