[Question] Donation system

I can't find where to post questions, so I am posting it here, apologies if it's meant somewhere else.

Helpers/Admins/Management. Does anyone know if the monthly donation system has been 100% confirmed or something?

I would love to donate for level 4, sadly just won't have the money to pay monthly.
