Can I rp taking my moms last name and keep rping the same person I was or do I have to roleplay a new character?

You can RP the offspring.

You could RP taking your Mothers surname, in my opinion and roleplay the same character but you cannot clear your criminal record whilst doing so.

This is just my opinion as I see nothing against it nor any rules against it.
