Problem with nickname in SA:MP

Hello guys! I'm a new player in this server. So, I just got accepted by administration (thanks) and wanted to already play this server. So, I'm turning on my SAMP client, writing in my nickname - Dave_Black. So, I'm entering the game n stuff, and it says that account aint registred. Well, okay. Then i wrote Dave Black(without that line between name and surname) and it says: "Hi Dave! Enter your password" I'm entering password, but it says it's wrong. I'm checking tab, but there's no Dave Black, there's DAVE. What??? I don't get it - where's surname gone, huh? It freaks me out guys. Please, help me someone

You have to login with your master account name you used to register your account.

Master account - you mean the one with whom I make my 1st character or the one with whom I login in app/UCP?
