Also, once this system is implemented, every player who has donated before will receive one to two months of premium as a thank you for their past contributions.

What happens to people who haven't donated but they still have a donator lvl? Will they get a free premium level aswell?

Probably yes.
Seeing as donor vehicles are separate from donor levels, I don't see why they should be removed.
