Playing samp using my phone's hotspot

So as the title says, can I play samp, specifically RC:RP while using my 3G mobile phone's hotspot? Do I get stable connection and a stable ping? I've seen many players played through this and just tryna get ya'll opinions on this.

You can and it’s not as bad as people say it is. Me and some cousins did it and it was nearly normal even at 3G

Use a isb cabel and it'll be fine 70% of the times.

Did you use a usb cable to tether the internet from your phone to the laptop or you just turned on the hotspot and connected directly?
