Need a little help.

Hey! I'm trying to start a /faction/ with some of my friends. We are about 12 people and we're looking froward to create a ViperZ themed gang but we're having some issues with the faction posts. I've been looking at the rules and reading them in the past half an hour and I cant seem to figure out where to post or who to message about the /faction/.
