MY BROTHER CANNOT PLAY!

Hello Admins, I need some help from you because i am here with my brother, but my brother cannot create other account (Character) because we have 1 IP and when my brother try to create account repond of the auto create account is "IP ADRESS IN USE" or something like this, what i can do for this. I need your help really!

Open a support ticket in the UCP because there must be some kind of a record of the permissions like that. An admin will have to accept it and your IP shall be given permission to use it. I don't recommend you to try and find a way around this method because you'll definitely get caught and get banned.

Yes i have make UCP ticket, but 18 hours and i dont have any aswner from ADMINS.

That's not the top of their priority list, trust me. Just wait patiently and you will eventually obtain these permissions.

Yeah so the thing is you must wait for their response, they'll eventually give you a response. You must wait for 48 hours or more since as DogNo said above, it's not a priority. I suggest you wait.

My support ticket once was almost a month old without any replies, so just wait.
