Is it permitted to advertise my apartment, not for sale, but rather for rent? If yes, which category should I be posting thread under?

This I understand, but question is, under which section of Marketplace am I permitted to place it?

If I were you I'd post it on house section with the "Sale" prefix or with no prefix.
Worst case scenario, it gets moved.
