[Management] Account Deletion

I post a help topic on december, and after 2 month they had archived my topic without helping? I only asked if someone can delete the account ''Olympus'' 'cause i can't do another account, but this account it's still here and I can't do my CV.
So i ask it one more time, can someone delete my account Olympus? It's not gonna take you much time, only a few seconds.

I hope that i don't need to wait 2 month for a replay, again.

Hey dude. I'm sorry you've had to wait this long, but just so you're not waiting any longer, I've renamed the topic something more appropriate to help get it seen by the correct members of staff. Only a small number of people have the ability to delete master accounts. I've tagged the topic for Management.

There is no way to delete master accounts, not even management has the ability to do such operation, though it can only be done from the backend . However, your master account does not need to be deleted. The state of your master account only needs to be changed which can only be done by the Head of Web Development, Head of ACP Services, and Management. If that does not work, your best bet is to refer to the Head of Web Development for troubleshooting.
