By this you mean that every time you donate you should get 3 levels ig. Im not sure if it works like that or just a single level up, but its true that no one explicated it well.

If you buy premium level 3 you should receive 3 in-game levels like explained on the donation page, simple as that

Yeah I know, I saw it. And with the old system it worked. But what I do not understand, not sure if you do, is if you should have 3 in-game levels each time you donate. So Im here asking how does it work, just like you.

Could be because you already got the levels through the old donation system.
