i keep it short, just donated for premium level 3. one of the perks is that you get 3 in-game levels on any character so i should go from 47 to 50 but it’s still at 47 and /donation or w/e it was is not a thing anymore.

You could try making an assistance about it in-game. Perhaps a Lead Admin or above has the ability to level you up.

Definitely, but just a temporary solution until the problem is solved in a future update.

By this you mean that every time you donate you should get 3 levels ig. Im not sure if it works like that or just a single level up, but its true that no one explicated it well.
